We had a fantastic experience with Jim getting us setup with a Tesla EV charger installed at our home. Great communication from start to finish. He was fast to get us a fair quote and scheduled for installation the following week. Excellent workmanship and attention to detail. Everything just worked great once he completed the job. Highly recommend!
Mario came out and helped get me back up and running at my house very quickly. Would highly recommend Mister Sparky to anyone. This was my first time using Mister Sparky of Brew City and I couldn’t be more pleased. They were able to give me a ballpark estimate over the phone (my previous electrician would not do that), which was confirmed on site. Their communication before, during and after the appointment was outstanding. Pricing was very fair and work quality was excellent. Jim, the Master Electrician, was great to work with - on time, respectful, courteous and communicative. Mister Sparky definitely deserves a 5-star rating!
James was professional and clean. He explained everything that needed to be done and gave me a detailed estimate before he began the work. When the work was done he left the area he worked in clean. The work took about 3 hours and during that time James made several trips outside to his van and didn’t let my cat escape once. Great job done and I will use them again!!
Mister Sparky was on top of their game when the came out to replace some conduit for my pool equipment. Mario was the electrician who initially came out to look at the job to give an estimate ; but then told me he had time to do it immediately. I was very happy with their great customer service and quality of work. Kasey, their office manager, was able to move up my appointment by a week. The service was reasonable and I was happy with the quality of work. I highly recommend Mister Sparky for your residential electrical needs.
