I am very happy to say that Mister Sparky responded immediately to my previous review and sent their Operations Manager promptly at 8 am to resolve the problem. He moved the outlet the additional 3 ft away from the hot tub that was originally requested, he was professional and courteous, and he went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied. It is refreshing to find a company that stands behind their work and quickly resolves any problems that arise. Should we need electrical work done in the future, we will call them first.
My service person Virgil came out to inspect my electrical issues. One was a plug hanging from the wall & other two issues had to be investigated a lil further but wasn’t guaranteed to find the issue. So we didn’t do other job yet. Will wait til I get bathroom remodel with walls knocked down for better investigation. Virgil was friendly & knowledgeable & let me know everything b4 he did the work. C u soon Virgil, I have more work to come, will use Mr Sparky again.
They did a great job,. Installing my switch. Kenneth was very nice . If I ever need any Electrical work done. I will choose Mister Sparky of Cincinnati.also I will tell my friends about them also🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗
Virgil was absolutely the best! Came out identifies the issues, did the work, cleaned up. Very pleasant and knowledgeable and just an all around good guy and a great electrician! High recommend Mr Sparky!
