We had such a great experience working with Jason from Mr. Sparky! He helped us install a new light fixture in our laundry room. He took the time to answer all of our questions, explained everything thoroughly, and made sure everything was installed perfectly. On top of that - Jason was incredibly personable and easy to talk to. 10/10 would recommend!
Jason & Matt were wonderful! They explained the pricing very well, we're very personable, and saved me hours of my life. I was able to have my light switch replaced for a reasonable price. Amazing service. Our breaker kept tripping and took a few trips to find the damaged wire in our wall that WAS ACTUALLY BURNING. Can't thank you enough Matt and Nick for finding the problem and repairing it. You saved our home. Wonderful, courteous, and thorough service. We will definitely be return customers.
The tether/anchor that secures my service drop to my house had pulled out. Mr Sparky was able to fit me in and get the issue taken care of the same day they came out. Cost was reasonable and work was done extremely quickly. They went above and beyond by connecting the service drop despite not thinking they could. 10/10. Thanks guys! I appreciate it. They also gave me pointers on some tree maintenance that would make the area safer for the future. Appreciated.
Replaced my electrical panel before it was an emergency. Scheduling was fast and easy. The electron- Nick- was respectful and professional. We upgraded and now our electricity is running better than ever. Ask about the teacher/first responders discount. Totally recommend.
