Mr. Tyler English provided a spectacular service to install my doorbell ring camera! He was very pleasant and cheerful. He is very smart and knowledgeable in his craft! He described the project fully before he started work and was patient to answer my questions. The work was done flawlessly and clean. I will ask for Tyler to come back to install my two outdoor security cameras.
Tyler was great! Checked circuit before starting to answer my questions, then worked quickly to replace the three light fixtures and set them up the way we wanted. Very satisfied with his work.
We had Nick Murray from Mr. Sparky out to give an estimate for wiring up an attic fan install. He called early to let me know he was coming and I received a text. He arrived on time and set right to work checking out what needed to be done. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to work with. He quickly gave me an estimate of the work to be done, offered to look at any other issues I might need addressed, and explained that they would email my estimate to me and would be glad to take care of the work should we decide to follow through. This young man is an asset to this company as he conveys the attitude that they’re more interested in obtaining us as customers as opposed to just landing this one job. Good job!
The company overall is very professional and friendly. From the owner to the scheduler and the technicians. We had Tyler E. come out for the estimate of a generator and for the install job and he was wonderful. He described the whole process clearly and asked for permission on any small changes. He made sure we understood how everything worked and said to call with any questions. We were also having to stick to a strict budget and they were gladly able to make it work. I would highly recommend this company!
Curtis came out and provided me with an estimate for the work I want done. Curtis called before he was on his way. He was extremely courteous and personable, as he was assessing what I wanted done. I accept the estimate and look forward to having a technician to return for the work. UPDATE: Curtis came back out to install 2 fans. One of the fans needed to be assembled. He assembled the fan, took down the other fan and installed both fans quickly and professionally. I was amazed at how quickly he completed the job. When finished, he walked me through controlling the new fan and its remote. Before leaving, he took the box and wrapping with him and left the area clean.
