We had Nick Murray from Mr. Sparky out to give an estimate for wiring up an attic fan install. He called early to let me know he was coming and I received a text. He arrived on time and set right to work checking out what needed to be done. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to work with. He quickly gave me an estimate of the work to be done, offered to look at any other issues I might need addressed, and explained that they would email my estimate to me and would be glad to take care of the work should we decide to follow through. This young man is an asset to this company as he conveys the attitude that they’re more interested in obtaining us as customers as opposed to just landing this one job. Good job!
Tyler was great! Checked circuit before starting to answer my questions, then worked quickly to replace the three light fixtures and set them up the way we wanted. Very satisfied with his work.
The company overall is very professional and friendly. From the owner to the scheduler and the technicians. We had Tyler E. come out for the estimate of a generator and for the install job and he was wonderful. He described the whole process clearly and asked for permission on any small changes. He made sure we understood how everything worked and said to call with any questions. We were also having to stick to a strict budget and they were gladly able to make it work. I had an issue where my dryer was not getting enough power and after I went as far as I feeling comfortable troubleshooting I called Mister Sparky. They answered immediately and had a technician at my house a few hours later. He did a few checks, identified the issue, and gave me recommendations. They never tried to push me towards a more expensive option. Great service and I’ll be using them again.
Tyler and his assistant helped me to diagnose and resolve a house wiring issue.
