Rodney was on time and very professional. He did a thorough inspection and gave us options on what he thought needed to be updated according to code. Our house is older so we thought it would be best to do some updating for safety. He installed a ceiling fan and a surge protector and smoke alarm. We signed up for the membership which gave us a discount. Rodney did good work and was very informative about electrical safety. 10/10 would recommend.
Tristan has worked on our house before replacing breakers, breaker boxes, and installing new wiring and plug for our dryer last August 2024. I had an outlet wiring issue today 7/30/2025. Fast Response with Mr. Sparky and got the job done the same day. It pays to be a club member for the discounts and no service fees. He replaced the outlet with GFI to make other outlets safer. Tristan also had time to install a new outlet and wire the breaker box with new wiring in an empty existing old air conditioning outlet when at first I was just getting a quote. We are very pleased and appreciate his work!
Mr Conrad (Owner/Manager) and I had an intended conversation about the work an additional cost to finish the job, and I explained to him I thought it was to high of a Cost! So he said to me, let me see what I can do. He explained everything that went into completing the job and we were able to come to an agreement that satisfied me. The job was professionally done and the workers war very nice and we are good to go and enjoy enjoying Our home charge. Thank you very much.👍
What a great experience. From my initial call the office support/scheduler was courteous and helpful. I was able to secure an appointment for the following day. My initial call was for a ring doorbell. I did not know the visit came with an electrical inspection, and thank goodness it did. In addition to addressing the electrical concerns they installed brand new smoke detectors. Scottie and Ayden were professional, respectful, explained everything to me about the items that needed to be addressed. They weee respectful of my home and took before and after photos of the work. I will be using them again. Thank you
