Electrical Panel Installation in Little Rock

I had issues with my Hot Tube with it keep cutting off so I called Mr. Sparky and they send out one of the Most Kind and Professional Gentleman Scottie and my apologies for not remembering the other Gentlemen name. They came on time spend all Day doing there Job and the whole time was professional and very Great Men had great conversations with them. And I have recommended Mr Sparky to my Mom and for her to request Scottie and his coworker and as well as Family and Friends. They did a wonderful job gave us grand service and got us the best options for us to get it done.

Updated 5/22/25. [my original review is left intact below; scroll down for my updated experience] These people are phenomenal. Had my entire house refreshed. It wasn’t cheap (these things rarely are), but it was worth it. No more popping breakers or strange issues with the electrical system. All outlets in the house replaced. Got a 200a tie in to the pole, which will serve my power needs for decades to come. Replaced both panels, have plenty of room to expand, if necessary. Very professional service as well. I didn’t even have to move out. They moved my furniture out of the way when they needed to, and moved it back. I couldn’t even tell which rooms they already worked out of at first glance. I had to look behind the furniture and was pleasantly surprised to see they were already done with my office and bedroom! Just a great experience, and they guarantee their work. One incidental issue was experienced but as soon as I notified them it was resolved quickly and efficiently. Thanks for reading! Will [post-review update] Tristan has been out twice now to rectify some issues for us. 1st callout: I found that a circuit that was refreshed (when they re-deviced the home) was getting hot. Tristan found the issue and had it corrected in short order, and it turns out the wire was a bit loose, and his apprentice had done the work on this device specifically. The device (an outlet that isn’t a GFI, but had a built in USB charging port) just wasn’t up to the task of carrying the 50+w of power to my steam deck and phone, so it was replaced with a GFI. Hearing of a loose wire inside of my wall unbeknownst to me does not inspire confidence, but they were gracious enough to take responsibility on it and rectify the situation. 2nd callout: The outlet at my wife’s nightstand (next to the headboard) has a old school surge protecter in it, which services all of her devices (Fitbit, phone, wellness tracker, Bluetooth speaker, etc) and her bedside lamp. The surge protector has an orange diode that shines clear and bright when it is connected to power. Well, it started flickering when she would put 3+ devices on it. She didn’t think much of it at first, but it persisted for a couple of days, so moved the surge protector (and everything attached to it) to a different outlet, and there seemed to be no issues on another outlet. We called Mr. Sparky and asked if Tristan could come out and do a checkup on that outlet. When he got here, my wife gave her account and description of the issue, and Tristan kind of interrupted her once he understood the significance of the flickering diode. He told us both that since this is potentially the same issue as last time, he’s going to recheck all of the work that was done on the on the home. I wasn’t expecting that, so I asked how much that would cost. He said it’s essentially a work-warranty issue, and that this would be complimentary. I work at home, so I had no issue facilitating their access to the home. So Mr. Sparky literally had their staff check every single outlet in the house to ensure there were no loose wires or sub-par work remaining, with an (different) apprentice. If I could give 6 stars I would. The company and their staff are intrinsically responsible and well worth paying for.

The latest storm caused a tree to fall on my power line taking my electricity with it. Totally unfamiliar with how to go about getting electricity back. Called on Tuesday for an evaluation, Sam came out and gave us a quote. Super transparent about it and laid out what we would need to get it all back up and running. Originally booked for Thursday for the install. I was called about 15 before they closed and asked if we would like to be moved up to Wednesday. Sam and Luke came out pretty early and got it taken care of before the day was over so we were able to coordinate with the electric company to get everything turned back on. The work looks clean, we were charged exactly what was quoted, and they were able to get the install done within the time frame they said they would. Once again, shout out to Sam and his apprentice Luke! Much appreciated!
