Mister Sparky did great work from start to finish with my panel replacement. During the estimate phase, they were very thorough explaining the process and gave me the best quote out of several companies. In the days leading up to the work, they were quick to respond to any questions I had. Sam #2 completed the Panel install. He was polite and professional throughout the process. Very considerate of our house when needing to enter and gave us updates throughout the process. The finished product looks great. Mister Sparky will be my first call for all future electrician needs.
We needed to have sub-panel replaced. Sam #2 was prompt, knowledgeable and efficient. Explained everything to us very well. Kept our place clean and neat. Mister Sparky quickly scheduled him to perform the work. Highly recommend both him and Mister Sparky.
Issa did a wonderful job with installing our two fans upstairs. He was professional and timely. After he was finished, he made sure to show me the fans and how they worked. 10/10 recommend!
My husband and I were delighted that Mr. Sparky could schedule a last minute appointment for the same day on which we requested it. As a consequence Leo arrived at the end of what was a full day for him. Whereas I suppose he could have evaluated our situation and returned another day, he covered his shoes and got straight to work diagnosing and treating our issue. He then took steps to prevent it from happening again. Considering that our issue necessitated the coordination and involvement of several different specialties, the completion of his part meant the project could proceed more expeditiously which we very much appreciated. He was knowledgable, explained everything to us, answered questions we had and did so in a very service-oriented fashion. Very pleasant and competent man. Thank you Mr. Sparky and Leo!
Issa and Chris did an amazing job! They worked late to meet their commitment and did an amazing job. They worked clean and left no evidence that they were ever here and now we get to enjoy our backyard living space. We cannot recommend them enough.
