We had an emergency situation or subpanel was going out causing the outside breaker to get up to 150 They answered my phone call and they sent Roberto out here who helped us get the stuff we need and the pricing just right and then the journeyman came and installed it all. which they also did an amazing job. Everyone quit this company was amazing and we thank you very much from the bottom of our heart
My experience with The Mister Sparky team was great. I had an urgent issue with my outdoor panel following an home inspection and Timothy was on scene a couple of hours later. He took diagnostics and made sure all my questions were answered. The second day Keith and Matthew arrived and worked together to resolve issues in both our house panels. They were both professional and responsive and took their time afterwards to review their work with me.
I had three kitchen light and disposal switches go out and Roberto came to the house and replaced all three switches. He also explained some added protections I could do for my electrical system for the home. He showed me options and I am planning on doing a surge protection for the outlet once I save up the money. It was nice to have options presented to you with no pressure to purchase etc. Roberto did an excellent job and I would recommend him for any repair work for your electrical system in your homes. Great customer service and easy to schedule with Mister Sparky!
Timothy was absolutely amazing in checking out our breaker box and main. He explained everything to me clearly (no background in electricity knowledge) and presented several options for fixing a lot of the things the original home builders did not do correctly. I highly recommend Mister Sparky for any electrical needs you have! The old breakers are the yellow ones and the blue ones are the replacements.
Jeremy was fantastic from start to finish! He responded quickly to my initial request for an appointment and arrived right on time. He conducted himself very professionally throughout the entire job and was extremely respectful of my home. His communication was excellent - he clearly explained what the electrical issue was with my AC unit and walked me through his repair plan before starting work. Jeremy's skills really impressed me. He quickly diagnosed the problem that had been giving me such a headache and fixed it efficiently. The quality of his work was top-notch, and everything is working perfectly now. What I also appreciated was that Jeremy cleaned up completely after finishing the work and his pricing was very fair. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about providing good service. I'd definitely recommend Jeremy to anyone needing electrical work.
