"I had an emergency issue that required me to call an electrician rather than someone I knew. So I decided to find an electric company online that I thought would come by after hours (about 6:30PM) and let me just say, thank you Lord for having me call Mr. Sparky first. From the moment I got Autumn on the phone to having Stephen Uresti come out to the chaos I was dealing with, my experience was nothing short of amazing. I lost half the power going to my house not realizing the extent of how bad the situation was and Stephen made me feel at ease with getting everything fixed. I had to replace my main panel box outside as well as my inside panel box which was all an absolute disaster. Stephen was very communicative with me and helped me navigate my way through such a terrifying time and needless to say a huge financial decision. (Which was 100000% worth it) Not only did I receive excellent customer service from him but the meticulous work him and the guys did was 5 star. Stephen made sure my house was safe in the end and I can’t forget Robert Stewart and Tommy who did such an amazing job getting my panel boxes in and the beautiful workmanship they performed. Mr. Sparky, Stephen and crew, has not only saved my family and home, but restored my faith in humanity that there really are companies that care about people not just their pocket books. I’m proud to say I had work done by Mr. Sparky and will always call them first and recommend to anyone needing electrical work done in and on their home. What a fantastic crew I received who took care of me in such stressful traumatic time. 10/10 would recommend."

"We had a wire in the front yard that was exposed and not sure what it went to. The utility companies marked their lines but this wire was not identified as city utility. We have landscaping lights, but they never worked. Marcus helped us verify it was the wire to the landscaping lights and he showed us how to disconnect the wire. He also helped us identify which light switch went to the landscaping lights. We just moved into our new house, and we are still learning all the ins and outs of the house. Our inspector did a good job on the inspection report but never provided solution to his findings. Marcus did a full inspection of our electrical system and outlets. He even reviewed our inspection report to make sure everything was addressed. All in all, Marcus was great. We now have peace of mind. The price was reasonable. An estimate was given before any work was done. Service was great. He mentioned a couple of things that would be nice to fix but not required by code. He gave us his recommendations , and the decision was ours to make. We recommend this company . They are our go to company for electrical needs."

"Roberto R could not have done a better job first, he explained every step and made sure we understood why we were having problems and second, all the options available and what each option included. He never pressured us for any particular option and answered our questions about each option and our safety. He was extremely professional and approachable. Our trust factor was at high levels and knew everything would be done the absolute correct way. We highly recommend Mr Sparky for any electrical questions and repair work you may have."

"We were having issues with the breaker in our home. I called Mister Sparky and they sent someone out right away. Benjamin Buck did a great job with the installation and explaining what the issues were. He also took time to explain what my options were as a consumer. The installation itself was quick, hassle-free, and clear of any post-installation mess. I'm satisfied with the job Benjamin did, and I highly recommend Mister Sparky."

"I called Mr Sparky early this morning 4-11-24. They were able to send an electrician right away within the hour. Louis Cardenas came to my home and greeted me right away. He listened attentively as I explained what happened. He did his safety inspection and then went right to work. He corrected my problem with the chime on my doorbell and every thing works perfectly. He was very professional and I am completely pleased with his work. Will use Louis again in the future."
