Todd Davis from Mr Sparky and 2 other employees promptly arrived at our location. We cant stress enough the professionalism, friendliness and due diligence shown throughout are issues with our electrical needs. Very respectful, clean, and went above and beyond on all counts. They made us feel safe and informed of every situation as they came across them...and there were no surprises. Highly recommend!!! Update: The team was back today Feb 9... everything was rechecked after Dominion had finished their end... The best group of guys again...James Bolton, Tyson, Todd Davis, and Nick are the best. Answered every concern we had.....fixed everything. Great company, great employees, great people. I was not feeling great after surgery, and they took the time, explained everything that happened in my absence during the previous over voltage issues from Dominion prior to the weekend. Tested every device and outlet concern I had. Went above and beyond again. Friendly, courteous, respectful, knowledgeable and some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Thank you all. Very impressed .

We had a great experience with Mister Sparky when they replaced our meter box. They showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and completed the work of meter replacement efficiently. Their pricing was honest and reasonable, especially compared to other estimates we received that seemed to take advantage of the situation. It was refreshing to work with someone trustworthy and skilled, we’re very happy with the results.

I placed a call to Mister Sparky around 6:30pm as a result of loss of power to half of our home and within an hour or so Tyson arrived to our home ready to work! Tyson was able to pinpoint the culprit and successfully resolve the issue in a reasonable amount of time. Thank you so much Tyson! Special shout out to Nick. Thank you so much for sharing all of your knowledge and expertise! There were no hidden fees, no emergency service fees, bottom line the cost for service was more than fair. Listen… when I say this electrician came through like a real one, I mean that! I called the same day about putting together and hanging a chandelier I ordered from Amazon, and he pulled up ready to work and got it done that SAME day with no issues. He took his time putting it together the right way and made sure it was hung safely and looked perfect. The price was fair. On top of that, he was professional the whole time. Just good energy all around. I’d recommend for electrical work.

Called because I had a circuit issue with one of the breakers in my house. Called another company before these guys and got stuck talking to an AI the whole time which said the first available wouldn't be for at least 4 days. I then called Mister Sparky and got on the phone with a real person and they had a technician available who arrived within an hour. Jim the Handyman showed up and was fantastic the entire time, he even took the time out to teach me a few things so if I run into any other problems I could fix them myself. Jim was able to fix my issue within an hour and couldn't recommend him personally as a handyman for any issues you may have.
