Daniel and Justin were great! Very polite and friendly, personable and professional. I had no power at all, and it was very hot! - but they responded within the hour of my first call!! And had me completely up and running by dinnertime. I would be happy to schedule them again.

Great from the beginning. Would highly recommend Mister Sparky time and time again! Kailey with her messages keeping us updated , to Logan spending time with us explaining everything that we would be getting done. ( very professional). The electricians that came in. ( very knowledgeable and explained everything that they were doing. Hats off to Kalob , William and Adam. We were very impressed with the timely manner they got things done. Well done all ! Alex and Gael did an amazing job! These guys went above and beyond and made sure everything worked as it should! Alex was super knowledgeable and made sure I was informed on every step during the panel isntall in my garage to make sure I was what I wanted. I couldn't be happier with the service they provided. I will definitely give them a call for my future electrical needs!

Chris, our assigned electrician from Mister Sparky, didn't impress me at first meeting. He was an hour-and-a-half late. However, when he explained that he was delayed getting necessities from the warehouse, I understood. Upon arrival, when we extensively detailed the work to be done, he listened carefully, and took photos. He looked at several circuit breaker boxes (we have solar), traced circuits, and went to work. He mounted a surge suppressor on the power line leading to our A/C compressor outside. He changed out switches, crawled through the attic, expertly cut through our wall, and ran wires to permanently mount/custom install a wall lamp highlighting a painting. He replaced several GFIs (two inside, and two outside), and generally worked steadily, skipping lunch, and finishing shortly after 3 pm. We were relieved because we had scheduled appointments, and Chris also had a dentist appointment. We were able to keep our schedule; I hope Chris made his appointment on time. He was a quality worker: fast and professional. Plus, he didn't even complain as I assaulted his ears/sensibilities with my instrument practice session. (It evened out though, we have no kids or pets.) We will see him again tomorrow.

We were without power to half of our house for days. All other companies said it would take multiple days before they could even come to look at it. Mister Sparky was here within 15 hrs of me visting their website and requesting service. Daniel was here a little bit after the appointment time, but the company texted early to keep me updated. He was very knowledgeable and found the problem within 30 minutes of arrival. He was extremely friendly, informative, and helpful. Without hesitation, he quickly scheduled a technician to come fix the problem, and was on his way to diagnose someone else's problem. I was super impressed with his professionalism and efficient speediness. Justin showed up right on time, soon after Daniel left. He knew exactly what he was here to do. He was very respectful and friendly. He was very quick to get the work done, and done correctly. All in all, less than 24 hrs from my online request, they correctly and professionally completed the job that all other companies weren't even going to respond to for another whole week. I WILL be recommending them to anyone i know needing electrical services. I will also be requesting that my property management company contracts with them for all future electrical needs. There's literally zero reason why it should take a week to be able to get service for something that could escalate so quickly into something very tragic.
