"They came right out when I called them. They were here first thing in the morning. They worked out in the cold and wind tell they had everything done. They came when the inspector came. They called the Xcel so they would come right out. They brought me ice to put in my refrigerator and freezer to help keep them cold. They always told me what was going on.
