I had three non-working outlets, and Cory quickly identified the outdoor outlet as the root cause. He called ahead, arriving right on time, which I appreciated. He took the time to explain the problem and the planned solution clearly. Cory came prepared with all the parts needed to fix the issue. He provided estimates before starting and got the job done quickly, yet effectively. I'm confident in the quality of the repair. Cory also mentioned improvements that I can do in the house (additional fire detectors) and a surge protector. I found my go-to electricians! Matthew did a wonderful job installing a ceiling fan for me (no wobbling!) and moving an outlet to accommodate a future cabinet installation.
