"Having some trouble with my electrical system and gave Mr. Sparky a call. A couple days later, Garrett, showed up to help me with my issues. He listened to my concerns then did a 20 point inspection of my system, after asking if it would be OK to do such. A short time later he went through a detailed run down of my electric ecosystem along with showing pictures of the issues and explaining the significance of such. His inspection also included items that he felt were done right and didn't need attention. After the detailed diagnosis, Garrett created 3 repair packages along with pricing and finance options. He also was able to quickly and accurately customize options to fit my needs. Once a package was decided on, he quickly got to work, and along with his tech, they knocked out a bunch of work the same day. Had me back up and running by dinner. I have some other work that I'm going to have done in the future and Garrett with Mr Sparky will be my first call. Great work, professional, thourogh, courteous, and friendly. Couldn't ask for more. "Oct 2024 update: This is the second time calling Mister Sparky of Austin, and I am glad I did! I had a great experience with their technician Cory H. I had three non-working outlets, and Cory quickly identified the outdoor outlet as the root cause. He called ahead, arriving right on time, which I appreciated. He took the time to explain the problem and the planned solution clearly. Cory came prepared with all the parts needed to fix the issue. He provided estimates before starting and got the job done quickly, yet effectively. I'm confident in the quality of the repair. Cory also mentioned improvements that I can do in the house (additional fire detectors) and a surge protector. I highly recommend Cory H. and Mister Sparky for their professionalism and excellent service. Note - scheduling an appointment is still a breeze!
