Tina Poole is the Office Manager at Mister Sparky of Cary. She has over 30 years of Customer Service expertise in multi-faceted of the service industry. The last 10 years in management. She oversees the day to day operations and provides support for the team. She ensures Optimum Customer Satisfaction.

Away from work, she loves spending time with her husband, daughter, grandchildren, and extended family. She also enjoys horseback riding, skeet shooting and trips to the mountains.

Alejandro Fernandez

Technician

Alejandro Fernandez is a Journeyman Electrician with 13 years of experience in the trade. Alejandro is committed to taking care of his customers with the best customer service and knowledge possible.

In his free time, he loves spending time with his children and watching movies with his family. He also enjoys working on classic cars.

Leo Correa

Electrician

Leonardo “Leo” Correa is an electrician with 15 years’ of experience in the trade. He chose Mister Sparky knowing they provide first class service and 100% customer satisfaction. He strives to learn something new every day. He loves football and soccer. He loves spending quality time with his family. He is inspired by them every day.

Stephen Phillips

Electrician

Stephen Phillips is a Journeyman Electrician with 8 years’ experience in the trade. He completed a 4 Year NC Apprenticeship. He has been with Mister Sparky for 1 year. Stephen is a very self-driven person that is committed to providing his customers with outstanding customer service. He spends his weekends traveling the country throwing darts. He hopes to become a Pro one day.
