We recently had a bathroom remodel but forgot to have the outlets and light switches changed out so they matched the updates. We're experienced with this task, and decided to do it ourselves. As luck would have, we had a ground fault somewhere we couldn't find, and after several hours, decided to get professional help. Briar came by as scheduled and fixed the issue quickly. He was courteous, respectful of our home, and professional. We felt comfortable enough to request a quote on some additional planned work in the Spring.

My husband and I needed to have our electrical wiring updated. We had passed the Mr. Sparky trucks in our area several times, so we decided to check into them. Susan was delightful when my husband called her. He asked her several questions, and she was very pleasant and helpful in scheduling an appointment to send someone out the next day. We were pleased with the thoroughness of the technicians that arrived. They checked all of the electrical receptacles, our circuit breaker, the attic, and the wiring on the outside. Before they left, we were given a price, and decided to trust their expertise. We intended to get a couple of estimates, but decided it wasn't necessary after their inspection and knowledge shown. The entire team was awesome! We felt comfortable having them working in our home, and appreciated the way they cleaned up their mess before leaving.
