Briar was fantastic! Very friendly and great with our dog! He did a fantastic job figuring out what was needed and then was very clear on walking us through our options. The work spoke for itself (amazing) and the price didn’t hurt our wallet either. Would highly recommend Mr. Sparky. They did a great communicating and scheduling as well. Showed up when expected promptly!
Had an issue with my hot tub not heating - turned out the breaker was busted. Patrick Hickey trekked through my long snowy driveway to diagnose and fix the problem for me. He was friendly and knowledgeable. The tub is working great now. Would definitely recommend Mister Sparky and Patrick!
While the issue I called for was a simple one in the end, the electrician that came out, Virgil, understood what was going on in the first few minutes and did a great job in repairing the issue and resolving it. While it was more expensive than I would have liked, it was a weekend call and the fact is that they got out to us within 2 hours of calling where as the other guys said Thursday the next week. So, thumbs up to Virgil and Mr Sparky.
