Lauren did a fantastic job in my 1963 home today. She was on time, pleasant and cleaned up when the job was completed. She made changing out old fans and light fixtures look easy. I will definitely request her on my next project.
Well other than the price ($300 to fix one outlet) it was a great experience. MK was super informative and happily walked me through the whole process. I would say his customer service was above and beyond. I definitely came away better informed. Even though I felt it was a little expensive we are really paying for the knowledge, expertise, and peace of mind that things are done right and in accordance with code. If these prices are pretty standard across most companies I would definitely request MK to come back out for any future electrical needs.
