I needed a new circuit breaker and a few plugs that needed to be replaced when I called this company they were very quick. I am very happy with the work that has been done, I had Nick and Brandon working on my house they got a lot of work done fast. They were on time very kind and professional if I ever need work done on my house I will definitely be requesting them if possible. Jacob was very courteous and he competently installed a new transformer so that my new Google Nest doorbell camera could shoot video. My old doorbell transformer wiring was confusing and Jacob easily diagnosed the problem and fixed it. This is the third time I’ve used Mr. Sparky and they always earn 5 stars.
Really appreciate these guys! I needed a couple of dedicated circuits installed in our basement, and they were able to get it done quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Mister Sparky for any electrical issues, and here's why 1. Available on weekends 2. No dispatch fee -- others charged fees just to send a technician out to get an estimate. I ended up having to pay nothing, since the electrician determined that the issue was with the lightbulbs. 3. Fixed price per job rather than by the hours 4. Professional & communicative -- arranged technician's visit with my tenants directly and kept me updated via text. After the visit, followed up with a call to give me an update. 5. Very friendly -- Ms. Shelby was helpful and kind. It was a pleasure working with her!
Jacob showed up on time and was able to tackle my issue. I had a few outlets that stopped working and he diagnosed the issue as well as did a safety inspection on my entire home.
