We had an issue with a breaker - not urgent from our perspective, but something we wanted to have addressed prior to leaving town in the next couple of days. Walter was not only able to come the very next morning, but was able to return with a specific replacement part in less than 24 hours. He educated us on the likely causes of our electrical issues and how to prevent this and similar issues in the future. We have had negative experiences with specialty services and contractors in the past, but our experience with Mr. Sparky and Walter was a welcome change from that pattern. He was prompt, knowledgeable, communicative, polite, and resolved our issue quickly and for a very fair price. We will absolutely call him again when we need electrical services in the future.
Walter came out and assisted me with this install I wanted done asap. It was last minute but he was able to accommodate! He arrived on time prepared to immediately work but most importantly he respected my home and didn’t make or leave a mess. Rate was reasonable and he worked fast. Very knowledgeable and friendly guy. Walter provided excellent service! Very pleasant, communicative, and helpful. We had a problem with a circuit and while he was here, he was able to diagnose a problem with the sensors on the furnace, bringing heat back to our cold house. We were looking at a potential HVAC replacement so this diagnosis and repair was much appreciated. Many thanks!
Hi Today, I appreciated my service call with Walter at our 111yo house in Savage. He was patient in explaining the problems, — like 2 hot-wires, speaker wire instead of actual electrical cable, and a missing GFCI — and explaining pros/cons of solutions, including household surge protection at our wiring panel He also figured out how to save a kitchen lamp that has sentimental value for my wife — that we thought was a goner.
