"Had a good experience with the initial service call with Nick. He arrived early in the 4 hour window I was given which I appreciated. He was aware of the reason I called for service and asked good questions to address those areas. He did a thorough inspection inside and out and caught a couple items that I would have never considered. Nick verified what I suspected would be needed to get my 1989 home back in safe electrical condition plus adding some lighting in my basement. He provided me 4 options to address the main issue plus the other items I wanted done. Nick was polite, knowledgeable, and put me at ease to make a confident decision on the option I selected. He was able to get the work scheduled within 2 weeks of today's service call. I'm looking forward to seeing the end result. Jason and Tyler came out on 23 Dec to start the work and did a wonderful job installing some ceiling lights in my basement space and running new separate lines for my sump pump, basement fridge, and electric fireplace. They both gave suggestions on how much lighting would be enough but not too much. They did exactly what I needed and had asked for. Jason and Shown followed up on 26 Dec and did a great job replacing outdated circuit breaker panel and deteriorating exterior meter box and wiring as well as adding surge protection. Both worked efficiently and were personable and easy to talk with and ask questions. I'm now confident my home is in safe shape and no more tripping circuit breakers. I'll call on Mr. Sparky for any electrical needs in the future."
