Dustin Moser from Mr. Sparky was great! He found the issue very quickly, and did a thorough inspection of all of my electrical outlets and fire alarms. He made suggestions, and offered to make the necessary repairs. His prices were very reasonable. He also liked my dogs, and that's a big plus in my book. If I were to describe my experience with Mr Sparky in a phrase it would be "taking care of the customer." Brayden and Marvin made my experience smooth and relatively painless, giving me peace of mind, which, as a homeowner, is priceless. They were professional, transparent, personable, punctual, knowledgeable and delivered quality. They made me feel like I understood the problem followed by the 'what', the 'why' and the 'how' of each solution to my issue, and the timeline to complete the work. I'm not sure how much more you can ask for in any professional service, but, IMO, these two embodied the gold standard. Shout out to Brayden and Marvin. Thanks for a job well done. We were able to get service the same day we called and a technician was sent over an hour after we called. Alex was really helpful and very friendly and helped us to get a follow up appointment scheduled for another issue. 10/10 would recommend!
