He was very respectful and friendly. He didn't rush me when I had to go get more money to pay him he just waited patiently while talking to my fiance. If I ever need electric work done again I will call Mr. SPARKY. Not only was he amazing and professional in every way but as was the rest of the team we encountered. From the lady on the phone to the man who first came out to diagnose all the way to Mike who fixed it. We were without power for almost 8 weeks staying at my grandparents with 3 babies under 4 without this company I don't know what we would done.. We had already paid someone else to do the work and all they did was damage more stuff and cause it's more money with the next company... Mr. Sparky has no problem helping us and fixed everything.. so thank you greatly. Sorry my review is so long just really appreciate all the effort."

"Great company, I called for a same day appointment and not only were they able to send someone out, Aaron arrived an hour earlier than the window they gave me. I needed a new line installed with an outlet for a well pump that was being installed and it required two people, Aaron was able to find another technician and came back an hour later to complete the job. "Daniel Ripa, our tech, made the inconvenience of a service upgrade much more pleasant than it would have otherwise been. Upping our service to 200 amps to accommodate an EV charger resulted in significant scope creep which drove the cost up much further than anticipated but you get what you pay for and we paid for excellent service. Looking forward to JEA and Federal rebates to help absorb the cost!"
