In preparing for hurricane Milton I purchased a generator and wanted it hooked up to the house to run what I can through my circuit breaker. I called yesterday expecting to have to wait till after Milton passed, but I was shocked when Mr Sparky said they could have a guy out the next day (Day before Milton arrives). That guy was Eric! Eric was knowledgeable and kind. Explained everything I needed to know. Cleaned up everything and it all looks great! Thanks Eric and Mr Sparky!

I was in need of Mister Sparky’s services and an electrician arrived within two hours of my initial call. When I heard the doorbell ring, I walked to the door to see Orlando standing there politely with a warm, cheerful smile greeting me on the other side. When speaking with him he was friendly, informative and answered all our questions with patience. He was on time, well-mannered, spoke clearly and was professionally-dressed. He also had all of his tools and equipment at-the-ready and seemed extremely knowledgeable as it did not take him long at all to help us finalize our kitchen appliances. Mr. Sparky made it right. I had several issues with no shows and cancellations. Costing me $ as I took off work or left work early to accommodate the service. A representative of the company called me and sincerely apologized and refunded my deposit. He offered to do the work and they did as promised. Kerwins was great! Was on time and the work was done well, quickly to my satisfaction.
