We had Mister Sparky out to install a whole house surge protector. We live out in the country and have a lot of power fluctuations and outages. They were on time as promised and also did a whole home safety inspection. Ed was fantastic and really easy to talk to. I appreciate their caring approach and they didn't use any high pressure sales tactics.
A very nice company to call upon. The scheduling department was great and called me back very promptly Monday morning after I submitted a request over the weekend online for the repair. (it was not an emergency repair) Karl did a great job fixing a bad circuit breaker that took out my garbage disposal and dishwasher. Very professional, timely and reasonably priced. Will definitely use again in the future if I need assistance again.
