Jacob was a lifesaver! Some workmen had accidentally cut a buried electric line and we needed emergency service. We had called 5 or 6 other electricians to no avail and then we found Mister Sparky. Jacob arrived about 2 hours later. He assessed the situation. He was on site promptly at 7:30am the next morning and stayed with us until after dark as we waited for Bluebonnet to come replace a fuse on a pole. (We didn’t call Bluebonnet until late and we are so grateful to them, too, for coming out after hours.) Jacob will be back tomorrow morning at 8:00 to finish up one more thing. We are so happy to have found such a talented Christian young man to be there when we needed him. Thank you, Mister Sparky.
Jeff was on time, courteous, and extremely patient with my questions about the new (to me) technology he installed. I love the fact that this company is in my general area and that they worked with me on the timing of my appointment which was dependent upon an Amazon delivery and my limited time schedule.
