He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the job was done right the first time. I appreciate the quality of service provided to my family and the attention to detail. Jacob was a lifesaver! Some workmen had accidentally cut a buried electric line and we needed emergency service. We had called 5 or 6 other electricians to no avail and then we found Mister Sparky. Jacob arrived about 2 hours later. He assessed the situation. He was on site promptly at 7:30am the next morning and stayed with us until after dark as we waited for Bluebonnet to come replace a fuse on a pole. (We didn’t call Bluebonnet until late and we are so grateful to them, too, for coming out after hours.) Jacob will be back tomorrow morning at 8:00 to finish up one more thing. We are so happy to have found such a talented Christian young man to be there when we needed him. Thank you, Mister Sparky.

Jacob was honest. That was the biggest thing. He took the time to look at other projects I’d been considering and gave me honest pricing and feedback. When I’m ready to go in those I will definitely call him back.
