Jose is a great employee and whatever he is getting paid, it is not enough. I was shocked at the Mister Sparky prices being so high, but that is not Jose's fault. Jose did a wonderful job! Jose needs a raise but your prices are too high!"

However, I found the service prices that he had to adhere to as a bit high; it was the prices that dropped the overall experience by 1 star."

"Let me start by saying, I never do reviews and I don’t know anyone that works here. When our breaker kept tripping, leaving us without air conditioning, on a Saturday, I called about 10 companies and almost everyone said it would be Monday before they could come. Mister sparky said they could come 3-9, but it was a $200 fee for after hours, which is common if you call around. They called again in a few hours, said they could come earlier and because of that, I did not have to pay an after hours charge, so already I was impressed. I then received two automated texts. One with my tech, picture, and background and another with contact info for a manager if needed. The tech showed up, was professional, quick, and didn’t overcharge. I was impressed with the experience from my original call to the service completion. Ended with a text to rate my experience. I will definitely be using this company for all my electrical needs moving forward. You just don’t see good service like this anymore."
