Had a breaker panel replaced. Perfect service from start to finish. They were fast, friendly, and very professional. Nick communicated the issues very clearly and understandably. He was pleasant to talk to and very knowledgeable. I’ll seek him out for any other electrical needs.

Nick did great work for us. We threw numerous tasks at him and he worked them all with expertise. Our house is old and was built in mysterious, wacky ways but Nick just kept at it finding work arounds in order to get the job done. We will definitely use him again when the need arises.

I requested a quote from Nick, he arrived on time and was smiling and introduced himself. I showed him around and explained what I needed. When he was finished he gave me an approximate estimate and said he would have the original sent to my email address. I reviewed his quote and was satisfied with the price as per the scope of work to be done. He arrived on time to begin his work, he asked a few questions and he went to work right away. Shortly a team manager arrived and the two began laying conduit and digging to lay the wires. Both men discussed the way they approached how they wanted to proceed with the work. I got a chair and watched them approximately 85 % of the day. They continued to discuss strategies and completed approximately 90% of the job when Nick had to load the trencher and have it back to the yard before 5 pm. A third worker also showed up to help and was busy doing digging and pulling wire. Together then stopped to clean up the area if trashed line, plastic anything that they used as well as picking up all of their tools. They left my property clean and free from anything the used and needed to dispose of. All three men were very nice and watching them work as a team was a delight to be a part of their discussion through the day. Nick will be back in the morning to finish up a few loose ends and nade sure his coming back was not going to interfere with my weekend. I look forward to seeing Nick tomorrow to complete the job. I know the work that they did was done by the book. The team manager was very helpful as he has the years of experience and Nick was not intimidated by asking his opinion as I saw and heard their conversations, they did not have anything to hide. For one, all of their work will be inspected before I can have power to my home. They were very much aware that all safety issues were followed without a hesitation they were all on the same page every step of the way during their installation of running power to my home. I appreciate the way they got the job done working side by side until the work was done and even clean up was shared by both men. I will gladly recommend Mr. Sparky to my friends and family. My family does not live here but I understand that Mr. Sparky has many locations. They certainly will be the electricians that I will call should I have a need for their service.. They are definitely a five star ***** company and very easy to work with. Their prices were very acceptable considering the market pricing going up on almost every service and hardware that was needed to complete my work. Tyler and Nick did a great job replacing two panels. Tyler showed me where circuit breakers were arching and introduced me to the history of these flawed panels. I also learned how I was not a unique case but these electrical panels are being replaced often in North Alabama!!! The whole Southeast.
