Mr Sparky of Huntsville Al was called this morning for my mother’s house. They were very quick to respond and very nice to her as well. She was very pleased with the technician Nick Murray. He not only fixed the problem, he explained it to her so she could understand what had gone on. We will let one and all know how good their service was and how much we appreciate them.
Our service panel failed and needed to be replaced. (Exterior) We called and a technician came about 30 minutes later. We absolutely needed to get power back to the house, the temperature outside where he was working, was below freezing. James Schmidt was able to remove the old service panel, install a new one and reconnect the whole houses into it within hours. He was able to clearly show the problem and offer a solution.
