Charles Hill, originally from Indianapolis, got his start in the sheet metal industry. Joining Mister Sparky of Indianapolis during an acquisition, he was motivated to bring his construction expertise to the team. “Chuck” focuses on fostering a positive company culture, creating a supportive work environment, and instilling the importance of collaborating with the customer on their needs. He's a father of six children and enjoys spending time with his family, taking his Mustang or Ranchero to shows, and bonding with his grandchildren.
