Mr Sparky sent Xavier and Carlos to do several jobs in residence. They are very polite and understanding of the 20 questions or more. They seemed very knowledgeable and efficient. Jobs took all day and we expected that. Mr Sparky gets my highest recommendation, price seemed to be good, work ethic was perfect.
Jerry and Carlos were awesome. They went right to work and did not stop until the job was finished about 6 hours later. Everything looked great and there was no mess at all left behind. They were both very respectful and professional.
Brett came out to do a small job installing a dishwasher outlet that was prewired. He was very knowledgeable, Personable and efficient. Explained to us how the building codes changed over time so this work was necessary for our new dishwasher. My only disappointment was that the service call charge was not waived with the work done. Since we are members at a sister company I was told it would be at the time I made the appointment. Unfortunately my husband paid the bill while I was otherwise occupied and did not know to question the charge not being waived. I would probably shop around a bit more next time we need something electrical done as. Result.
I had a tree come down and take out and/or damaged the electrical wires, riser, and box to my house. Mr. Sparky came out and replaced what was needed and made sure that it was up to code. The men that did the work were kind, friendly and definitely knowledgeable! I would highly recommend them to my family and friends!
After a nasty storm affected several houses in our neighborhood and a surge on the line knocked out part of our kitchen’s electrical system and fried appliances, we called out Mr. Sparky to help us get back to normal. We received a thorough assessment, and then Brandon Shaw came out to do the repairs. He was very professional as he worked and discussed everything he was doing. The quality of his work is excellent and we are very pleased with him and with Mr. Sparky.
