Brett did a great job. We feel safer in our home with our replaced and upgraded GFCI outlets. Our printer outlet stopped working and we called Me Sparky. Found out that our 30 yr old home had all of the GFCI outlets with burn evidence or cracked plastic housing. They all were beyond the 10 year life expectancy. Brett was pleasant and informative. While installing the last GFCI he alerted me as to what it protected. An outside outlet was added to our order along with an outdoor watertight cover! A YouTube video would not have helped with our configuration. Invest in y family’s safety and y peace of mind and get it done right! Thanks Brett
Jerry was very knowledgeable about what was going on qwith my issue! He was precise and poised. I asked him how long he’d been in his craft as an electrician and his response was he’s been doing work in the majority of his life. I agree because he fixed everything with my electrical issues and was done in less than one hour. I told him as a humorous person that I would say he performed a Christmas miracle for us. Then I said that I would be very serious about how great he was and our experience with Jerry means we’re going to have Mr.Sparky do work for us in the future when we renovate our en suite. Arrived a few minutes after told he was coming, this after a 20 degree night with no heat. I had a partial power failure which he quickly identified as an outdoor underground utility line fault. He was able to get my furnace running, and walked through my call to the power company and helped explain to them what he found. He also told me what to expect, them setting me up with a noiseless generator providing 100% service until they could get underground (at some time in the future days). I was very satisfied with his work, explanation, and professionalism. Would use again!!
