Arrived a few minutes after told he was coming, this after a 20 degree night with no heat. I had a partial power failure which he quickly identified as an outdoor underground utility line fault. He was able to get my furnace running, and walked through my call to the power company and helped explain to them what he found. He also told me what to expect, them setting me up with a noiseless generator providing 100% service until they could get underground (at some time in the future days). I was very satisfied with his work, explanation, and professionalism. Would use again!!
Jerry was very knowledgeable about what was going on qwith my issue! He was precise and poised. I asked him how long he’d been in his craft as an electrician and his response was he’s been doing work in the majority of his life. I agree because he fixed everything with my electrical issues and was done in less than one hour. I told him as a humorous person that I would say he performed a Christmas miracle for us. Then I said that I would be very serious about how great he was and our experience with Jerry means we’re going to have Mr.Sparky do work for us in the future when we renovate our en suite.
