Other companies gave me an estimate of a day or two before they could get out to my house. Mr. Sparky came out within 3 hrs and fixed me right up. Aaron was very knowledgeable and friendly. He also took the time to give me further plans about our electrical boxes and outlets. I will definitely plan on using them in the future.
Daniel Ripa, our tech, made the inconvenience of a service upgrade much more pleasant than it would have otherwise been. Upping our service to 200 amps to accommodate an EV charger resulted in significant scope creep which drove the cost up much further than anticipated but you get what you pay for and we paid for excellent service. Looking forward to JEA and Federal rebates to help absorb the cost!
Ricky from Mr sparky came on call at 8:30pm to fix our issue when at least 4-5 other companies didn’t pick up, offered an appt the next day, or didn’t call back. Ricky noted it was supposed to be in the 20s tonight and didn’t want us to go without heat. Mr Sparky delivered when other highly rated companies didn’t pick not. Highly recommend.
