Bradley the electrician was awesome. Nice guy and seemed to know what he was talking about. So the 5 star review is for him, to get him out there was a different story. The company rescheduled twice and I had to reschedule once so it took over 3 weeks to come out. My situation wasn't an emergency so it worked out.
Luke Williams did a great job removing two chandeliers! One was in the hallway, the other in the dining room. I'm not sure how long the chandeliers were there, but Luke was incredible in conversations with removal problems. Luke installed the new light fixtures very efficiently and the new fixtures look and work great! We will definitely request Luke Williams for electrical projects in the future!
This is the second time I have called Mr Sparky to do electrical work. Both times they have had superb customer service and their electricians have been friendly and knowledgeable. They explained work that needed to be done in terms I could understand. I was very happy to see a young woman came along with the electrician. I assume she is in the training phase. Go Girl! More women should be looking at the trades for a secure future.
Today I had the pleasure of meeting two great guy’s . Derrick showed me issues that I had in my home along with the work that needed to be done. We live in a 20 year old house. Time has caught up to us. This was great info, No pressure to do all the work today. Steven came out and did the work we needed now to solve the problem we had on the same day. Derrick did a great job giving me an evaluation on my electric panel. Brought to my attention I had some issues there. Great company to do business with. Christopher & Brandon did my installation of three LED lights in my basement rec room and replaced my electrical panel. Did a great job very polite and professional to work with.
