Mister Sparky replaced my breaker panel, and did an outstanding job. Carnell did the installation, and I highly recommend him. He was pleasant and very knowledgeable. The City inspector who inspected Carnell's work said that everything was absolutely perfect, and that he wished all work would be done that way. I am confident that my home's electrical system is now very safe, and I appreciate the great job that Carnell did at my home.
