We had Justin come out to our home for an electrical issue, and even though we ultimately weren’t able to move forward with the repair because of the cost, I still felt compelled to leave this review because of how professional, honest, and genuinely helpful he was throughout the entire process. From the moment he arrived, Justin was respectful, knowledgeable, patient, and extremely thorough in explaining what was going on. Instead of trying to pressure us into anything, he took the time to give real advice, walk us through our options, and point us in the right direction based on our situation. That kind of honesty and integrity is rare these days. You can tell he truly cares about helping people, not just making a sale. Even though we couldn’t proceed with the work at this time, I walked away feeling informed, respected, and genuinely grateful for the guidance he gave us. Although Joshua is an electrician, John patiently walked him through the repair process, and they worked together as an excellent team. A shout out to JUSTIN. We had an old main breaker that needed to be replaced and so we used their emergency service and they were there in 45 mins. Justin replaced the breaker and walked us through what happened and gave us further recommendations. He was so polite, friendly and he really took the time to answer all of our questions.
