My family had the pleasure to meet Tony. Before Tony arrived at our home, we received a text message with his picture. We absolutely loved that idea, because we were able to identify him. Tony was professional. He was neat, clean and awesomely informative. Our home has been destroyed for 10 months due to Storm Beryl. Tony gave us excellent options, suggestions and was knowledgeable about our electrical situation. We felt well informed and grateful. Thank you, Tony. Mr Sparky of Katy sent out one of their technicians Joshua. They made sure I knew all about him before he arrived. He was the friendliest nicest person ever. He was very thorough and professional and experienced. He discovered many problems I didn't even know I had, many issues were in the breaker box, he updated and repaired them all and he also added a breaker box surge protector. Joshua checked every Outlet in the house, outside the house, in the garage and discovered many of them were not installed properly and most didn't have the trip switches that are needed if they're near a water source. Therefore all the ones that were not properly installed were were replaced with proper new ones. Joshua also went through and checked all the smoke detectors and we decided to update them with newer technology that also include carbon monoxide so all of the smoke detectors were replaced throughout the house. Joshua was here for almost 12 hours and didn't leave until every single thing was working properly and done right. With all these upgrades and repairs I feel much safer now!! I really appreciate him and this company, they are one of the best companies I've ever used for servicing electrical problems in my home. They are now on my list for any problems I may have in the future! Needless to say I highly recommend Mr Sparky of Katy. 👍😁👏
My tech for my service was Joel and he was outstanding! He was very knowledgeable and informative and he was so polite on top of all of that! The communication between the company and customer is awesome. I was included in every step of the process from the tech being assigned, a personal bio that was sent of my tech alongside a awesome headset so you know who to expect. I will definitely do business with them again if needed and recommend them to others as well!! If yes and the turn around time for service was awesome as well!
Great company. I called around 9:45 AM because alarm was chirping since 5:30 AM. They were at my home before 11:00 AM. Did a thorough check. We talked options. Feel very comfortable with the decision. I’d recommend them highly
Justin did an amazing job for the home. Things could have been worse but the way Justin explained and provided the options to us made us feel comfortable with moving forward.
