Mike and his partner were amazing! We were having issues with our water coming out slightly yellow, although the house is only 8 years old. He came and drained the water heater, cleaned everything out and made sure the water was clear again. Who knew you need to have it drained at least once a year?! Also, he was kind enough to check the water softener, and give advice on that as well. I’ve used them in the past, and will definitely continue to in the future!
Overall, easily the best group of technicians I've dealt with for my pendant lights, recessed lights, and low voltage transformer project. All very polite and good guys in general. Mister Sparky bid price was by far the most competitive as well. I debated between removing one star only for the simple fact that the front office took a few attempts to get things hammered out in terms of scheduling, updates to the bid, and a few delays in the actual installation. Decided against it given that of the five other bids, they were 33% cheaper than the next closest one. I would definitely use them again for my projects.
I’ve been using them as our new Electrician for about a year now. Each time they’ve come out, the technicians were helpful, knowledgeable and the service was prompted. We had a bad electrical fire that caused our stove to trip many times. We were unaware of the fire. The technician uncovered it and quickly resolved the issue. This problem could’ve set our house on fire. I highly recommend this company.
Angel and Cameron were awesome. They installed 4 ceiling fana into my patio cover. When asked about a special request to cut the downrods shorter. They without hesitation said they could make it work. The fans sit about 3 inches higher and it makes a big difference. They cleaned after themselves and worked in an orderly fashion. In the end, my interior fan stopped working. They could've easily said thats not their problem. No they came in and reaer the remote and got it working again. Much appreciated.
