General Manager

Elisa is the General Manager for Mister Sparky Electric in Little Rock. She has over 25 years in the industry and loves meeting new and talking to customers. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren.

Dennis Conrade

Operations Manager/Master Electrician

With over 40 years of experience in the electrical trade, Dennis is a seasoned Master Electrician who excels at designing the best solutions for his customers' electrical needs. As a second-generation electrician, you could say that working with electricity is in his blood.

When he's not on the job, Dennis enjoys spending quality time with his grandkids on the lake, as well as indulging in his favorite pastimes of hunting, fishing, and playing golf. His dedication to his craft and love for his family make him a valued member of the Mister Sparky Electric team.

Erica Campbell

Administrative Assistant

Erica is a versatile member of the Mister Sparky Electric team, where she wears many hats, including handling client care needs with a smile. As the Administrative Assistant, she ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Outside of work, Erica enjoys riding horses, spending time with her family, chasing her chickens around, and baking homemade bread. Her warm personality and dedication make her a valuable asset to both the team and the clients she serves.

Erin Elise

Relationship Manager

Erin Elise is the Relationship Manager at Mister Sparky Electric, where she plays a key role in ensuring everything runs smoothly for both customers and team members. With years of experience, she also oversees the company's training program, fostering the development of her team. Erin's journey began in marketing at Mister Sparky, and she later earned a Master’s Degree in Teaching, leading to a rewarding career as a 2nd-grade teacher.

Outside of work, Erin's world revolves around her daughter, Caroline, whom she supports in all her practices and performances. She has a love for the outdoors, enjoys road trips in her Jeep, Iris, and channels her creativity through various art forms. An avid reader with a wide-ranging taste in music, Erin also finds joy in stargazing and indulging in her favorite food, sushi. Her motivation at work comes from helping others grow, and her commitment to both her family and her job makes her an invaluable asset to the Mister Sparky Electric team.

Journeyman Electrician

Tristan Craig Boyd is a dedicated Journeyman Electrician with 8 years of experience at Mister Sparky Electric. His journey began as a grocery sacker in high school, followed by roles in in-ground swimming pool construction, rental property maintenance, and lawn/landscaping before finding his true passion in the electrical field. With experience in both commercial and industrial electrical work, Tristan has a comprehensive skill set that allows him to tackle any electrical issue, from a flickering light to complex power plant shutdowns.

A Cabot High School graduate, Tristan pursued further education at Arkansas Tech University for two years before diving into four years of electrical school and on-the-job training, earning his commercial, industrial, and residential licenses. His passion lies in the details, and he prefers working directly with homeowners, helping them feel more comfortable and secure in their homes.

When Tristan isn't at work, his life is full with his young children, whom he adores spending time with. He also enjoys a variety of outdoor activities, including golfing, swimming, hunting, fishing, hiking, and traveling. His favorite food is his grandpa’s beef tenderloin, a Christmas tradition he looks forward to each year. A fan of Forrest Gump, Tristan also loves listening to all kinds of music, especially country, with Turnpike Troubadours being his favorite band.

At home, Tristan’s heart is full with his four dogs: Doug, a Lab/Chesapeake mix; Lilly, a Blue Heeler/Australian Shepherd mix; Rosie, a Golden Retriever; and Sophie, a Yorkie.

What motivates Tristan at work is the desire to give his children a great life and to make his customers' homes safer and happier. He takes pride in the level of detail he brings to every job, and nothing makes him happier than seeing a customer recognize and appreciate his work. The only downside to his job is working in the heat, but his passion for helping others keeps him going strong.

Tristan is a valued member of the Mister Sparky Electric team, where he continues to bring his expertise, dedication, and care to every project he undertakes.

Samuel Engle

Journeyman Electrician

With 18 years of experience as an Electrician, Sam Engle brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Mister Sparky Electric. Before joining the team, Sam owned his own electrical business in Pennsylvania and worked in maintenance at a window factory. He holds a two-year degree from Triangle Tech in electrical studies, which has equipped him with a solid foundation in all aspects of electrical work and carpentry.

Outside of his professional life, Sam enjoys woodworking and hunting, with a particular passion for creating projects in his workshop. He's a fan of lasagna, loves watching Star Trek, and enjoys reading anything by Stephen King. His musical tastes lean towards 80’s rock.

At home, Sam is surrounded by his four teacup Yorkies: Grace, Jasmine, Shelby, and Macy. What motivates Sam at work is his drive to be a top performer in both sales and service, and he finds great satisfaction in helping customers. While paperwork is his least favorite part of the job, Sam's dedication and commitment to excellence shine through in everything he does.

Tyger Wilbanks

Journeyman Electrician

Tyger has been a Journeyman Electrician with Mister Sparky Electric for a year and a half, bringing a diverse background of experience to the team. With 8 years of experience in the hospital sector and 5 years in commercial electrical work, Tyger has developed a well-rounded skill set that he applies daily to his work.

Though his educational journey began with a focus on wildlife biology, Tyger’s passion for the electrical trade has driven his career forward. His deep commitment to ensuring every customer is well taken care of is evident in the quality of his work and his dedication to finding solutions to any electrical issue.

Outside of work, Tyger is an avid outdoorsman. He enjoys fishing, hunting, and spending time in nature, which reflects his love for outdoor shows and nature documentaries. When he’s not enjoying the great outdoors, Tyger likes to unwind with a slice of pizza and a good mix of music from various genres. His favorite book is the Bible, which serves as a source of inspiration and guidance in his life.

Tyger's motivation at work stems from his desire to help customers and make a positive impact. What he enjoys most about his job is the satisfaction of resolving any situation a customer may face, ensuring their homes are safe and comfortable. If there’s one thing he misses while working, it’s having more time for hunting and fishing—activities he wishes could be part of the job too!

Chase Evans

Journeyman Electrician

Chase Evans is a dedicated Service Technician with four years of experience at Mister Sparky Electric. With a solid educational background, including four years of specialized schooling, Chase has honed his skills in electrical repair, making him an invaluable member of the team.

Outside of work, Chase enjoys a variety of hobbies, including video games, working out, and listening to music. He’s a fan of hot wings, enjoys watching My Hero Academia, and counts The Outsiders as his favorite book. His musical tastes range from rap to country, showcasing his appreciation for diverse genres.

At home, Chase spends time with his German Shepherd, Echo. He’s motivated at work by his coworkers and finds great satisfaction in making people's homes safer. When asked about his job, Chase has nothing but positive things to say, expressing his love for the work he does. His enthusiasm and dedication are clear, and he’s grateful for the opportunity to be part of the Mister Sparky Electric team.

Jared Kittler

Generac Certified Technician/Apprentice Electrician

Jared Kittler is an Apprentice Electrician and Generac Certified Technician with three years of experience in his current role at Mister Sparky Electric. Jared enjoys exploring new things and is driven by a curiosity for health-focused foods and diverse music genres.

While he's not one to watch many movies or TV shows, Jared enjoys a good podcast and considers "Star Trek" a solid choice when he does indulge. Outside of work, he values trying new experiences and discovering new interests.

At home, Jared enjoys the company of his dog, Arrow. His enthusiasm for learning and trying new things is reflected in both his work and personal life, making him a dynamic and motivated member of the Mister Sparky Electric team.

Charlie Westlake

Warehouse Manager

Charlie is a retired Master Plumber who brings a wealth of experience and dedication to the Mister Sparky Electric team. As our Warehouse Manager, Charlie ensures that our electricians have everything they need to keep their trucks fully stocked and ready for every job. His meticulous attention to detail and commitment to efficiency make him an invaluable asset to our operations.

Charlie is truly the rock here at Mister Sparky. His reliability and work ethic are second to none, and his friendly demeanor makes him a beloved member of our team.

When he's not working, Charlie enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends. His passion for both his work and personal life reflects the values we uphold at Mister Sparky Electric.

Zachary Roer

Apprentice Electrician

Zachary Roer, known as Zach, has been a dedicated Generator Technician and Electrical Apprentice at Mister Sparky Electric for the past two years. With a solid foundation in the commercial new construction field, Zach has honed his skills as an apprentice electrician, gaining hands-on experience that has made him a valuable asset to our team.

After completing high school, Zach pursued studies in IT at a community college, where he developed a strong technological foundation. Although he chose to shift his career focus before completing his degree, Zach's technical knowledge—both in hardware and software—continues to be a significant asset in his current role.

Professionally, Zach is known for his mechanical aptitude and comprehensive understanding of the electrical trade. He takes pride in ensuring that every home he works on is safer, and he’s driven by the satisfaction of making his customers happy.

Outside of work, Zach is a man of many passions. He loves to spend time kayaking, fishing, and enjoying the great outdoors. At home, he treasures moments with his wife, baby boy, and their Beagle, Dash. When he's not on the water, you'll likely find Zach immersed in a video game or enjoying a good steak while watching his favorite shows like The Bear or Invincible. A fan of grunge, alternative, and indie rock, Zach also enjoys reading, with Anthem by Ayn Rand being one of his favorite books.

Zach appreciates the opportunity to meet new and wonderful people daily and strives to provide them with the best customer experience possible. While he values the positive work environment at Mister Sparky Electric, he believes there’s always room for improvement and is committed to fostering a supportive and collaborative atmosphere.

Zach is grateful to be part of a team that values hard work and dedication, and he looks forward to continuing to contribute to the company’s success.

Brandon Lechner

Apprentice Electrician

Brandon Lechner is a recent addition to the Mister Sparky Electric team, currently serving as an apprentice. With two months of experience in his new role, Brandon brings a wealth of life experience and a strong work ethic cultivated over 24 years in the Navy. His background in management, supported by a bachelor's degree, has equipped him with the leadership and organizational skills that are essential in the fast-paced world of electrical work.

Although still new to the electrical field, Brandon is eager to learn and grow, applying his skills and dedication to his new career path. His motivation comes from his commitment to families and ensuring their safety and comfort through the work he does.

Outside of work, Brandon is a devoted family man who enjoys watching his kids play sports. His favorite activities often revolve around supporting and cheering on his children in their various athletic pursuits. He also has a soft spot for pizza, country music, and the hit TV show Yellowstone. At home, Brandon enjoys the company of his golden doodle, Murphy.

What Brandon loves most about his job is the opportunity to interact with people, making connections and helping them with their electrical needs. 

Brandon is excited to be part of the Mister Sparky Electric team and looks forward to continuing to develop his skills as an electrician. He’s committed to providing the best service possible and is grateful for the opportunity to work with a team that values dedication and hard work.

David Israel

Apprentice Electrician

David Israel has been an Electrical Apprentice at Mister Sparky Electric for the past three years, bringing a wealth of experience from his previous roles with IBEW Union, Rob & Allen Electric, and Huitte Construction. With a solid educational foundation that includes high school and some college coursework, David has developed strong technical skills that he applies daily in his work.

David is passionate about his craft and enjoys the challenges and learning opportunities that come with being an apprentice. His commitment to professionalism and his appreciation for the positive work environment at Mister Sparky Electric are what he values most about his job.

Outside of work, David has a diverse range of interests, including remodeling, painting, and hacking. He enjoys spending his free time fishing, farming, and playing the drums, all of which allow him to unwind and connect with his creative side. A fan of reggae music and the movie 300, David also finds inspiration and guidance in reading the Bible.

David's favorite food is fried fish, a fitting choice for someone who loves fishing. Although he doesn’t have any pets, his life is full of activity and interests that keep him engaged and motivated.

At work, David is driven by the goal of achieving financial stability. His passion for his work and his positive attitude keep him moving forward.

David is proud to be part of the Mister Sparky Electric team and looks forward to continuing his journey as an electrical apprentice, always striving to learn and grow in his field.

Jessica Ware

Lead Client Care Representive

Jessica Ware is a dedicated Lead Client Care Representative at Mister Sparky Electric, bringing a year of experience to her role. Before joining the team, Jessica worked as an educator, where she honed her skills in organization and communication—skills she now uses to ensure everything runs smoothly for her clients.

Jessica holds a Master's Degree, which reflects her commitment to continuous learning and excellence in her work. She is passionate about helping customers with their needs, ensuring they receive the best possible service.

Outside of work, Jessica loves spending time with her husband, Jacob, and their two children, Madi and Luke. She enjoys reading and watching her kids on the dance stage, taking pride in their accomplishments.

Jessica finds great satisfaction in building strong bonds with her coworkers, creating a supportive and collaborative work environment. Her dedication to both her team and her clients makes her an integral part of the Mister Sparky Electric family.

Jennifer Gaines

Client Care Representative

Jennifer Gaines is a new addition to the Mister Sparky Electric team, stepping into her role as a Customer Care Representative with a broad background in various fields. Jennifer’s prior experience includes roles as an HR Operations Coordinator, Team Lead, Office Administrator, and Air Transportation Specialist in the USAF.

Her expertise in human resources and customer service equips her well to manage customer interactions and support. Jennifer is deeply motivated by her desire to help others, which she finds to be the most rewarding aspect of her job.

Outside of work, Jennifer treasures spending time with her family. Her children who still live at home, William and Kylee, keep her busy. She delights in seeing her grandson, Grant, every day, as well as her adult son, Drew, and his wife, Tristen. Her dog, Abby, is also a cherished companion.

Jennifer’s commitment to assisting others and her positive attitude make her a valued member of the Mister Sparky Electric team, where she continues to contribute to creating a supportive and efficient customer experience.
