Michael Bennett did a phenomenal jog installing my 2 Venetian Chandeliers. He was very patient putting them together with extreme accuracy. He has a friendly personality and is very enthusiastic. When I was working I wish I could find an associate like him. In my opinion he is a keeper. Thank you Michael

I called Mister Sparky at the beginning of the week, they worked with me to schedule a visit that same week. Isaiah arrived right when he said he would and was ready for any question I threw at him. I’ve interacted with lots of different vendors and one that came to mind when working with Isaiah was Level 3 AV. This is the highest compliment I can give, he is extremely professional and engaged in his work. I got a sense I didn’t even need to look elsewhere for a quote and if I did it would be to my detriment. Mister Sparky will do it the right way and explain why it needs to be done. It might be painful to hear but, less painful with Isaiah and Mister Sparky.

Mr Jeiel Munoz was outstanding very professional. Showed me defective wiring in my panel. There were many things failing. This Gentleman was professional. Our safety in our home was foremost. You can use me as a reference. This Mr. Is a real professional and outstanding rep. For your company. Thank you

Isaiah came out the same day and was amazing! Our fire alarm wouldn’t stop going off for no reason and we called them and they came out the same day. Isaiah was kind, knowledgeable, and provided great service. He was able to replace the defective fire alarm within the same appointment. Prices were great! Isaiah was the best and I can’t recommend them enough! He was even great with my pup 😊 def will use again

Very pleased with the work by Mr Sparky! We lost power one afternoon in half our house, and had a horrible burning wire smell. Called one electrician, no answer. Called Mr Sparky, and Alex was out within just a couple of hours. He assessed our problem, and made sure our house was safe. He went over issues with our wiring and panel that are now 30 years old, and informed that our house was not grounded. We signed a contract, and the next day Alberto came out to resolve the outlet/switch problems, as we waited for the box and the ok by SRP. He found two outlets that had fried! Johnny and Terry came out to install the box. All of these technicians were very knowledgeable, friendly, and a pleasure to have doing our repairs. Upon completion of the work, the city came back out for final inspection and noticed a wire that simply needed tightening. Although we could have done that, we chose to have Mr Sparky return. We paid a lot of money to have this done, and felt that for warranty purposes it was best they do the very simple procedure. Johnny returned immediately to complete that. All in all, although some are commenting it may have been cheaper with someone else, they over rated the repairs such as not needing a whole new box, and all the other negative comments, we felt our house is a very important investment, as is our safety. At 30 years old, it was time for upgrades. We couldn't be more pleased with the work, honesty, and professionalism of everyone involved including office staff each time we called.
