Spencer was great and efficient, very personable and very concerned with making sure work is top quality. After meeting Robert the service got even better, they replaced a panel at a good price and I can vouch their work is 100% guaranteed, no joke. Not many company’s will take the time to listen to the concerns or questions from customers. After our appliance went out 4 days after initial work was done, they shared they will come install our microwave at no charge. Technician was wonderful. Came out and looked over our situation and scheduled a date to do the job. Even helped us with financing the work. The day of the job, they were prompt and quickly did the work, even with the chaos going on inside our house as we were preparing to leave to visit an ill relative.
