Warren came to address an electrical issue for my mom who is 93. He is a very caring young man and knew immediately her issue. He spoke to both me and my husband to explain it. This nice, young man explained what he was doing at each step of tracing the current going to my kitchen lamp. I went to the attic with him and heard the squirrels that were still coming in the opening that I told the exterminators about. The opening was NOT sealed and still covered with old insulation ! Being 79 does not mean I should be taken advantage of. Cody took pictures for me to use to deal with this company.
