I was doing a simple replacement of a dimmer switch at my home, when I realized I was unable to turn the power back on with the main breaker. I tried everything I could think of, but eventually decided to call an electrician knowing that it would be expensive to have them out at night. My Sparky picked up the phone and was extremely pleasant and helpful. Instead of just rushing out to fix the problem, he asked me a few questions about what was going on and then suggested he walk me through how to reset the breaker and hopefully restore the power. He was right - I just needed to understand how that particular breaker worked and within 5 minutes power was restored. No charge, just a courtesy, which I obviously appreciated immensely. As a business owner myself, I really appreciate it when people try to do 'good business' instead of just charging up a storm. When I next need an electrician I won't hesitate to call them again! Highly recommended.

3/24/25 4 1/2 stars if I could do that. Job completed in 1/2 day. Communication much improved from 3/17. Issa, technician, was a gentleman, always wore show covers in the house, and kept me updated. He showed me before and after pictures which I really appreciated as the work was under my modular home. I would call again. Thank you, Brenda 3/17/25 - 3 stars - I rate them 3 today due to poor communication in the last 36hours. This was requested after an evaluation that took 3 phones calls to happen. 1st due to no show when given time & date for service, found not to be on the schedule. 2nd no communication for over two hours waiting for follow-up & was given another show up time frame. 3rd no text or call with update when 2nd time frame passed thus called again. There is more, this is enough. My prayer is that they will do a great job at a reasonable price and learn from my experience. My neighbor has had great experience in the past.

This sounds silly but I cannot express in words how happy I am with the service I just got from Mister Sparky North Bay. The tech Sam came out so quickly past working hours to fix our panel which kept tripping and making a sparking noise. Not only did he fix it promptly but from the moment he showed up he made me feel like everything was going to be fine. It's always a little scary to lose power right when it gets dark and you have a house full of kids. Sam was so nice, funny, and knew exactly what he was doing. I will be recommending Mister Sparky to anyone and everyone I can. These guys are GREAT! Thank you again so much for the help!

Power on refrigerator, microwave, toaster and gas stove went off all of a sudden. I called Mr Sparky to do service call; I spoke to Christopher, which indicated he might be able to help via phone. I sent him photos of fuse box and Christopher helped me put the power back on by moving a fuse all the way to the right and left. It worked! Christopher from Mr Sparky saved my day! Thank you so much! You guys are awesome!

We had a great experience with Mister Sparky Electric. Tim was nice, very efficient, and communicated throughout the work being done. Sam the owner was very easy to work with as well and very kind. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing electrical work done. I called 2 other well-known companies in the area when I searched for a contractor and they didn't even return my call. Overall very happy with the work performed and the price.
