Had issues with 2 indoor and 2 outdoor receptacles. Mr Sparky associate, Daniel, came out same day as initial call and worked with expertise and high quality fix within an hour of arrival. Daniel was an awesome person as well!
It was a bit of a rocky start with some of the communication of when the technician would arrive and trying to re-schedule, but the whole team: Belinda, Mason, and Jared were amazing with customer service! I was transferred to someone in management and Jared was extremely helpful and understanding and even worked with me on price. Mason did a great job and was super quick! I will definitely recommend the to anyone needing work done. Thank you all!
Daniel did a great job. He was very professional and courteous. He explained the process and even conducted a full electrical safety inspection on my home free of charge. He let me know my system was excellent and even advised that we could benefit from some additional safety features if we thought they were necessary. Overall, he did a great job.
Zeke arrived on time and provided excellent customer service. I felt like I was in good hands when checking the house and made some observations to assist me in fixing items within my home. His knowledge and insight made the process smooth. His evaluation and suggestions has helped me and my wife put a plan together for fixing up the house.
