I've had several techs and reps (Zeke, Mason and Isaac) come out and they are always super friendly and helpful. They take the time to explain what they are doing, how things work (I've learned more about electrical than I ever thought I could know) and give multiple options for whatever projects we need. They recently installed an EV charger. It was quick process. I had to leave in the middle of it for another appointment and the tech finished up, cleaned up and then locked up. I've had great experiences so far, and would recommend them.

Had issues with 2 indoor and 2 outdoor receptacles. Mr Sparky associate, Daniel, came out same day as initial call and worked with expertise and high quality fix within an hour of arrival. Daniel was an awesome person as well!

Isaac was very easy to like and talk to about my electrical issues. Took the time to listen to my concerns first before searching for the source of the problems.
