They take the time to explain what they are doing, how things work (I've learned more about electrical than I ever thought I could know) and give multiple options for whatever projects we need. They recently installed an EV charger. It was quick process. I had to leave in the middle of it for another appointment and the tech finished up, cleaned up and then locked up. I've had great experiences so far, and would recommend them."
