This second time, we needed some help/advice on installing a range hood. Scott came out and gave us multiple options on how to move forward. He was kind, answered all our questions, and explained a lot. When we had more questions about our home, he took a great deal of time with us to educate us on some things we didn't know and gave us multiple options on how to upgrade now and in the future.
