Nick Maggio arrived at my residence today promptly. He was very friendly and informative. He explained the job thoroughly, even though it was a small job. He offered a membership, which I chose not to take at this time. But Nick thoroughly explained how the membership worked and some of the benefits of it. Nick completed the job quickly and brought me into the room to show the thermostat in working order and the heat now working. Dealing with Nick was a pleasure from start to finish. Great, friendly service.
Mike was fantastic! He was so friendly, polite, efficient and thorough. Pricing was reasonable. Light install went perfectly. As a side note, Mike covered his shoes with booties to keep the house clean and removed all of the packaging after installing the light. I appreciate all of these things and would highly recommend his service.

Nick is very courteous and polite. He’s very knowledgeable in his craft. He explained in great detail how and where he would run the new materials. He offered three different options to see which one I preferred. He also gave me his recommendation as to where he thought the best placements would be. In doing so, he gave an explanation as to why this was the best option. He discussed my electric panel with me and even pointed out that one of the breakers was incorrect and should be changed. During the entire process, he kept asking if I had any questions or concerns. He made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend Nick.
