Josh and Richard came to our house to install two new light fixtures on our 20 foot ceilings. From the get go, Josh told us that his primary objective was to provide us with exemplary customary service…but that was an understatement! Josh and Richard both went above and beyond to make sure we were absolutely thrilled with their service, including double and triple checking each installation, happily teaching our young kids about simple electrical safety, and even performing a complementary safety-check of our whole home post-installation (as part of the safety check Josh caught and tightened a few loose wires in our panel!). In a world where so many businesses use “customer service” as a purely a tag line, it was so refreshing to have Josh and Richard in our home as we can truly tell that customer service is their top priority. We would absolutely recommend them to our friends and neighbors for their electrical needs.

Was dispatched to my home and he was amazing, if I ever need this company again I will be requesting him specifically. He was very respectful and also very knowledgeable. I had an outlet replaced in my bathroom and he was in and out within 20 minutes. Upon arrival he introduced himself, performed a diagnostic and walked me through pricing before beginning any work without me having to ask. Payment was a breeze, the whole interaction was very easy.
