"Obviously, with everyone recovering from a hurricane scheduling wasn’t as timely as I would have liked, but once they got here, got the ball going everything was great. All three techs that came here did a great job and were good at explaining things. Finally got power restored by FPL today so that is why I’m doing the review now because until now I obviously wasn’t in the best mood living without power for 10 days! I assume a separate review will be sent for the two techs who Did the physical work on the house? I see some reviews that say you’re overpriced, but I actually got one estimate that was even higher than Yours so I guess everything is cool"

"We had a pleasure experience right from Nancy answering the call. We had a bad connection, however, that didn’t stop Nancy she persevered until we could hear each other. Then she sent Jordan Jacobs to the recuse. If you’re looking for someone nice, strong work ethic, and someone who will do a stellar job… Jordan Jacobs is your person. He not only came out after hours, he got here in record time. Fixed the problem very quickly. He also fixed an outlet that could have been a potential future problem. Jordon was extremely knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and effective. If we have any problems in the future we will definitely contact Mr. Sparky Electric."

"A close family member had a brand new microwave vent hood that couldn’t be installed until a dedicated 20 amp outlet was added to the wall cabinet above (only a low-powered, under-cabinet light had previously been in use). Another nearby kitchen appliance also needed a plug near it. My wife and I could handle the microwave hood vent install but knew a pro was needed to tackle the electrical upgrades. We are so glad we found Mister Sparky! I love how their estimate was free and pricing was upfront, based on the job rather than hourly. Super transparent. Mohamed came out, gave us options that fit the budget, and had us ready to go in two short hours. He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and honest. He did a meticulous job, communicated everything he was doing, clearly, and left the work area clean. He made this task, simple in concept but tricky in the details, look easy. "Overall, easily the best group of technicians I've dealt with for my pendant lights, recessed lights, and low voltage transformer project. All very polite and good guys in general. Mister Sparky bid price was by far the most competitive as well. I debated between removing one star only for the simple fact that the front office took a few attempts to get things hammered out in terms of scheduling, updates to the bid, and a few delays in the actual installation. Decided against it given that of the five other bids, they were 33% cheaper than the next closest one. I would definitely use them again for my projects."
