They called the Xcel so they would come right out. They brought me ice to put in my refrigerator and freezer to help keep them cold. They always told me what was going on. My husband had requested the installation of two LED bulbs in his basement office. Tom appeared quite skillful and knowledgeable, working efficiently as my husband did his job. We also needed an outdoor electrical outlet replaced. Tom installed a top-of-the-line fixture with a reset button. We are very pleased with the workmanship of both jobs.
