Here at Mister Sparky, we are committed to the health and safety of not only our customers but our staff as well. With information regarding COVID-19 continually evolving, we want to make sure to keep our customers updated and aware of every measure we are taking to fight this virus. We have implemented the following procedures based on guidelines given from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Employees at Mister Sparky are taking the following precautions:

-All of our workers are being temperature-checked as soon as they walk in. Healthy workers are still required to wear protective clothing and are instructed to limit the contact they have with customers on the job.

-Employees no longer greet each other or customers with a handshake. We are following CDC distancing guidelines with this precaution.

-We are minimizing the risk of infection by sneezing/coughing into a sleeve or tissue and conscientious handwashing. There are handwashing posters hung all over the offices to remind our employees of the importance of this simple procedure.

We urge our customers to take these simple actions:

-If you feel ill, please cancel your appointment. We will be more than happy to reschedule your service when you are safe and healthy.

-If someone in your household has recently become sick, please call us at (888)-8-Sparky and let us know. Our communication can potentially save others if we act fast enough.
