Recently had major work done, main electrical panel outside and changing/updating bedroom fluorescents to led. Wow a lot but thankfully I had Joseph to help me thru it. He explained the entire situation to me, presented several options to me and answered all my questions. Hope I do not need electrical often but when I do Mr sparky getting my call. I was very pleased with the detailed instructions from Timothy Fernandez. He’s very compassionate about his profession and is very knowledgeable in his trade. He demonstrated a high quality of professionalism and had no problem answering my many questions. He provided photos of everything inspected, pointed out any areas of concern, making sure to describe how the different aspects of the system functioned, and explained the cause and effect. He provided many different options to not only fix my immediate situation but also recommended some possible upgrades to improve my current system, that had seen better days. He provided all the pictures and documentation for my review so I can make a sound decision records and for my records.
