2 years ago we had an emergency situation, and Mister Sparky came right out; and now, doing some upgrades to our 70’s home, we called again. Kevin Lafferty was our technician; he was extremely professional, informative and helpful. He was clear and concise in all of his answers to our questions/concerns; he was detailed in his description of everything he did for us. By the end of his visit, we felt very confident, and comfortable with him. He was precise in his breakdowns of each of the recommendations for our future, possible services, and described the cost/benefit analysis of each recommendation. For someone, like myself, who is very detail oriented, this was a huge asset to my decision making. I cannot recommend Mister Sparky, and Kevin highly enough. Fantastic service all around.
We needed a couple of light fixtures installed and were put quickly on the schedule for next business day. Raymond Martinez was super professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He patiently answered all of our questions and took great care to install the fixtures properly, as well as to explain what he found during his inspections. He cleaned up all areas and the fixtures look (and work) terrific. I highly recommend Mister Sparky to folks to need a professional and licensed electrician.
