I recently had the pleasure of working with Mr. Sparky to resolve a persistent electrical issue in my home, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with their service. After a disappointing experience with a previous electrician—who charged me over $1,000 without fixing the problem and eventually stopped responding—I turned to Mr. Sparky for help. Benjamin from Mr. Sparky promptly assessed my 1940s-era home and identified that the outdated electrical panels from the 1970s were causing inconsistent power surges ranging from 30 to 130 volts. He provided clear options and financing plans to address the issue swiftly. The following day, Mark and Justin arrived to implement the solution. They expertly navigated the complexities of the necessary overhaul, addressing any challenges that arose. At one point, there was a misunderstanding about the scope of work, but thanks to their practice of recording proposal discussions (which I was initially unaware of but found beneficial), we reviewed the conversation and clarified the details. It became clear that Benjamin had thoroughly explained everything, and the confusion was on my part. I also appreciated their protocol of sending a text message with the technician’s name, photo, and a brief bio before arrival. This practice provided reassurance about who was coming to my home, which is especially important given recent reports of impostor utility workers in the area. Throughout the process, all three technicians went above and beyond at every step. Their dedication to ensuring a thorough and satisfactory resolution to my electrical issues was evident in their meticulous attention to detail and commitment to excellence. Recently had major work done, main electrical panel outside and changing/updating bedroom fluorescents to led. Wow a lot but thankfully I had Joseph to help me thru it. He explained the entire situation to me, presented several options to me and answered all my questions. Hope I do not need electrical often but when I do Mr sparky getting my call. Exceptional service and the price was right.

A technician named Frank came by Friday evening at around 3:30pm. He stayed until 10:30pm and made sure the job was done. He found every way to help us get a low price but high quality work. He also came back Monday morning at 9am stayed until 1:30pm. To make sure everything was working properly. I highly recommend Mr. Sparky and will continue to use them again in the future. Amazing job! 5 star work!

Jose Ruiz was prompt and professional. He installed a ceiling fan for me, and I was very happy with the result. I appreciated his attention to detail and pleasant demeanor. Will be scheduling for fuse-box upgrade with him soon.

Mr. Raymond Martinez was outstanding. He explained the whole process of what had to be accomplished before beginning any work which I appreciated. He installed a new light fixture in our carport and on the side of our house. He inspected the outside electrical panel looking for problem areas as well as inside our house. Brought me up-to-date on the changes which have occurred in providing power to the home. Thank you Mr. Raymond for all the information and for taking time to explain my questions.
