Recently had major work done, main electrical panel outside and changing/updating bedroom fluorescents to led. Wow a lot but thankfully I had Joseph to help me thru it. He explained the entire situation to me, presented several options to me and answered all my questions. Hope I do not need electrical often but when I do Mr sparky getting my call. We had been having lights blow out throughout our house over the past 2 years along with surging electricity. I passed a billboard for Mr.Sparky and decided to call. They were very polite on the phone and was able to work with my schedule to get an electrician out to my house. Benjamin Buck was my electrician. He was very informative and thorough. He explained the issues that we had with the house and was able to schedule the repairs that weekend. I haven’t had a lot of experience with electrical issues but I knew we had an issue. Ben explained the various levels of service, answered all my questions patiently and thoroughly. I was very apprehensive about fixing all the issues at once, as it is expensive but I decided the safety of my family is more important than anything. They were able to complete replacement of the two control panels, switched out all the light switches (about 30) and all the electrical plugs (70 plugs) in one weekend. The install team that worked the weekend (Mark Mares and Justin Ruble) were very professional and clean. I highly recommend this team for anyone who is having issues.

I have a very positive history with Mister Sparky. They did a huge job for me and our home in May of 2021. We have always had the best experience with this company. This go round we almost experienced an electrical plug fire last night and had a o calm the fire department. Benjamin Buck, Electrician/Tech came out to assist us and out of a 10 in customer service we give him a 15 for sure. He is in the middle of another huge job with us in a house that is 62 years old. He worked us in today and has spoken with our insurance company and is working to ensure my families safety and peace of mind. We are so blessed to be working with Ben, we are in wonderful hands.
